Petz Whze Return Policy

At Petz Whze, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Dry Dog & Cat Food

  • Unopened bags of dry food may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
  • Products must be in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Other Products

  • Toys, treats, supplements, accessories, and other merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging whenever possible.

Frozen Products

  • All frozen products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of our frozen pet food products.
  • Frozen products with a verified manufacturer defect or quality issue may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at Petz Whze's discretion.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened bags of dry food (except in cases of verified manufacturer defects or quality issues).
  • All frozen products (except in cases of verified manufacturer defects or quality issues).
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Petz Whze reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise and determine eligibility for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
