PetzWhze Return and Refund Policy:
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer
free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase of your order. You can return your product for a
credit to your account, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
Returned items must be unopened and in the original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Gift Cards are not eligible for return
Discontinued and/or Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
To initiate your return, please call our office at (936)597-5897 and tell us about your return.
If you had your product delivered, please ship the product back to us via UPS or FED EX Ground service. Make sure that the item is packaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your item is received and evaluated, the replacement item will be shipped to you or a credit will be issued to your account or a refund will be processed (less the shipping cost) via the original method of payment. ALL SHIPPING COST ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.Â

Occasionally, items that we sell are no longer available. If that is the case, we will issue a credit to your account for that item once received and evaluated.
If the item being returned is a gift, please call our office at (936)597-5897 to let us know of the impending return. Then follow the methods above for a Route Delivery Return or a Ship Customer Return. Once received and evaluated, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the return.
